Change Diet: Effortlessly Switch to High Vibration Diet With 8 Week Plan

Yes! You have been thinking to change diet and you read this piece – your sign (and synchronicity). We all lead busy lives and so when we do try to fix things, it’s easy to do it for a couple of days. But changing a pattern consistently requires changes, dedication, and practice. However, a change in diet requires a little more than that!

Thankfully, there is a way to be patient and dedicated while making sure it doesn’t seem like a lot. I worked on changing my diet by adding high-vibrations and removing low-vibrations. Most of the times, the work is to eliminate food intake that’s toxic to our body.

I have drafted an 8 week Actionable Plan to Change Diet to a high-vibration.

Week 1: Start basic and track

  • Step 1: Drink Water – The most basic thing to do is to drink more water. Yes, water is the most essential fluid for our body. Make it a habit this week to drink water. You can track drinking 2 liters of water every day for the week.
  • Step 2: Track What You Eat – While you track your water, also begin to consciously track what you eat. If you can go into detail as to how much you eat, that’s even better. Just make sure to write it down on a weekly tracker everything you had eaten.

Week 2: Add Real Fruits to Your Diet Every Day

Once you identify everything that you eat at all times during the day, change diet by consciously adding something high-vibration. The easiest way to do that is to add fruits. Make some space to add at least 2 fruits at two different intervals every day. This will help you flush out the toxins.
Continue to drink water and track what you eat.

Week 3: Give up something toxic this week

Find out one thing from what you track in the last two weeks that is low-vibrational. This is something that you eat as a pattern during some time of the week. Change diet by giving up the one toxic food you identify this week.
For example, if you casually eat pizza for dinner on a Saturday, try to limit the intake this week. Identify 1-2 things that you feel you can give up and make sure to cut that down this week.
Continue to track your food, drink water and eat fruits.

Week 4: Give up something toxic every day of the week

Find out one thing from what you track in the last two weeks that is low-vibrational. This is something that you eat as a pattern every day of the week. Change diet by giving up the one toxic food you identify every day of this week.
For example, if you casually drink soda in the evening, try to limit the intake this week
Continue to track your food, drink water and eat fruits.

Week 5: Switch to Better

When you track what you eat, change diet by going one step deeper to identify the ingredients. If you feel anything is processed or not healthy, switch it up to a healthier option.
For example, Give up white breads and switch to whole grain bread, or give up white rice and switch to brown rice or give up white sugar and switch to brown sugar.
Continue to track your food, drink water and eat fruits.

Week 6: Switch your Snacks to Veggies and Nuts

Now that you are a pro in switching to healthier options, identify everything that you eat as snacks. Change diet by switching this with a healthier option of veggies and nuts.
Continue to track your food, drink water and eat fruits.

Week 7:  Eat a fresh meal every day for this week

This week, change diet by adding freshness to your life. Cook a fresh meal one and have it every day. Even better to cook the meal yourself and pour all your love into this. This is an instant high-vibration of confidence to have a better diet.
Continue to track your food, drink water and eat fruits.

Week 8: Create a healthy eating party with your friends and like-minded people

Yess… you made it. You did change diet. You can consider yourself to be a healthy eating person. As a result, this calls for a party! Invite all those conscious eaters and throw a party of healthy delicacies prepared by you and your friends.

After this conscious act to change diet, your life and your diet will change forever!
